cloudHQ’s Save emails to PDF Chrome extension enables you to save Gmail to PDF with just one click.
Here’s how it works:
Install the Save Emails to PDF Chrome Extension
Start by installing cloudHQ’s Save emails to PDF: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-emails-to-pdf/dngbhajancmfmdnmhhdknhooljkddgnk.
Once the tool is installed, there are three ways you can save your Gmail as PDFs:
1. Save a Single Email to PDF
To save a single email as a PDF, open the email you want to save, then click “Save to PDF” from the upper toolbar:
The email will be converted from Gmail to PDF and saved on your hard drive.
2. Batch Save Email to PDFs
To batch save Gmails as PDFs, select the emails you want to save from your inbox. Then choose “Save each conversation into a separate PDF”:
The emails will be converted from Gmail to PDFs and saved on your hard drive.
3. Save Multiple Emails to One PDF
To save multiple emails as a single PDF, select the emails you want to save from your inbox. Then choose “Merge all conversations into one PDF”:
The emails will be converted from Gmail to a PDF and saved on your hard drive.
