If you often switch between multiple Gmail accounts or use email aliases, double-check that you are sending the email directly from the email addres tha has paid subscription. Using an alias might lead to issues with the signature display. To resolve the branding logo issue, ensure that you are logged into the correct Gmail account associated with the paid subscription. In this case, you must be logged into the same account when sending emails. Verify that you’re not accidentally using another Gmail account by checking your account settings and switching to the correct one if necessary.
How to remove the photo/image from the signature?
