Here is how you can save email to Dropbox with our Chrome extension:

  1. Install the cloudHQ Chrome browser extension Save emails to Dropbox from this location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-emails-to-dropbox/kmmbmpkajhenhimnecbblbfojdecfdmk/.
  2. Add this extension to Chrome so you will have the “Save to Dropbox” button.
  3. Save Emails to Dropbox has been added to Chrome:
  4. Open email and click the “Save to Dropbox” button on your Gmail or Google Apps mai.

    If you get this notification, it means you will need to authorize Dropbox:

    • Click “Add Dropbox Account”:

    • This will display for a few seconds, then automatically redirect to Dropbox:

    • Authorize cloudHQ in Dropbox:

      authorize

    Then go back to email and click the “Save to Dropbox” button.
     

  6. Select the Dropbox folder where you want to save your Gmail or Google Apps email:

  8. Click “Save” once you have chosen your location Dropbox:

  9. You will get message that your Gmail or Google Apps email is being saved to Dropbox:

  10. Your email is now in Dropbox. Click “here” if you want to check in Dropbox:

  11. If you click “here” you will be redirected to Dropbox:

  12. You must login to Dropbox to view your saved email:
