If you are an admin of your Google domain then you can set up real-time backup, Gmail label sharing, or sync for all users in your Google Apps domain.

To do that you first need to install cloudHQ to your Google Workspace (G Suite) domain.

Authorize cloudHQ to access your Google Workspace domain

  • Ensure that you are logged out from all other Google Workspace and Gmail accounts. This is required due to Google Workspace Marketplace requirements:
    1. Go to myaccount.google.com.
    2. In the top right, select your profile picture or initial.
    3. If you see that you are logged in into multiple Google accounts, then select Sign out of all accounts.
  • Ensure that your logged into in Google Workspace as a super admin:
    1. Go to https://myaccount.google.com/
    2. Check that you are logged into Google as Google Workspace super admin
  • Go to https://www.cloudHQ.net/services and click on the Google Apps icon:Users_and_Cloud_Accounts_-_cloudHQ
  • Enter your Google Workspace super-admin email and follow the wizard steps:
