Differences in file sizes for OneDrive and Dropbox
You may notice that files can have contrasting sizes when uploaded in OneDrive and in Dropbox. This is because of the differences in algorithm when calculating file sizes. OneDrive may report a different size than the file size in Dropbox. But this does not affect the actual size of the file in any way.
Why is storage usage different between Google Drive and OneDrive?
Google Drive and OneDrive have different storage sizes because they calculate storage usage quite differently. Here are some differences: Google Drive counts files in the trash against your storage quota.
