To verify that Chrome Extension is installed and enabled please follow the following steps:
- Start Google Chrome.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon
on the browser toolbar. -
Select More Tools -> Extensions.

Verify that the extension is installed and enable. If the extension is not installed please go to the cloudHQ Extensions page to install it.
