Here are short instructions for how to back up your Gmail to Dropbox:

  1. Start synchronization wizard to sync two cloud accounts.
  2. Click the Gmail icon:

  3. Select one of the already-configured Gmail accounts, or click “Add Gmail” to add a new Gmail account:

  4. If you click “Add Gmail,” you will be forwarded to authorize cloudHQ to access your account:

  5. Select “Backup or migration of all Gmail emails” and click “Next Step”:

  6. Click “Next Step”:

  7. Click the Dropbox icon:

  8. Select one of the already-configured Dropbox accounts or click “Add Dropbox” to add a new Dropbox account:

  9. If you click “Add Dropbox,” you will be forwarded to authorize cloudHQ to access your account:

  10. Select what you’d like to sync in Dropbox, then click “Next”:

  11. Select the Dropbox folder you want to sync or click “Create Folder” to create a new one:

  12. Once you select your options, synchronization will start automatically:
