Getting started with Gmail Snippets

The Gmail Snippets Chrome extension is free for anyone using Gmail™ or an email account hosted by G Suite. This tool helps you create reusable text blocks (blurbs) that can be used in your emails with a simple shortcut.

How to Install the Gmail Snippets Extension

  1. Install the cloudHQ Chrome browser extension Gmail Snippets from this location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gmail-snippets/aaogcnhlejoiamoopmnieonhbgajndlc. Just click the Add to Chrome button:

  2. Add the extension to Chrome:

  3. The Gmail Snippets icon “T+” is visible in the top right corner of your Gmail window:chrome extension
  4. The “T+” icon is also accessible while you are composing a new email message:
