Google Workspace admins can create shares between users in a Google Workspace domain. All these operations can be done with zero end-user interaction.

For example, if you are an admin of a Google Workspace domain called @acme.com, you can create label sharing between team@acme.com, bob@acme.com, and alice@acme.com

  1. Login into cloudHQ as the admin
  2. Go to the Share tab
  3. Click on the Create New Share button
  4. Click on the Share Emails for Single User button:
  5. Select a label or sublabel you want to under the Gmail account you want to own the share
  6. Click on the Share button
  7. Enter email addresses of users you want to share these labels with
