Introduction
All your Gmail Email Templates are stored in your Google Drive folder called Email Templates.
This guide explains how to add templates to your folder. To view templates, they must be inside the Gmail Templates folder. If your email template is not in the Gmail Templates folder in Google Drive, it will not be visible. You need to upload it there.
DO NOT upload templates into this folder using Google short links, sharing, or similar methods. That will corrupt the template folder.
Here is how to do that:
Step 1: Find the Template in Your Google Drive
- Find the template in your Google Drive
- Right-click on the template and download it to your PC
- Go to the Gmail Templates folder in your Google Drive and upload the template you downloaded.
