In some cases, Yahoo! Mail authorization might fail. The reason might be because you do not have two-factor authentication enabled.
You have two options:
- If you do not have two-factor authentication enabled then you need to enable 3rd-party access – by selecting “allow apps that use less security sign in”
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled (strongly suggested), then you need to create a dedicated password for cloudHQ.
