If you have a bunch of emails within your Gmail account between you and your clients that you need to upload your SkySlope file for compliance the best approach is to package all these emails into one PDF and then upload them into your SkySlope file.

Here is an overview of the steps:

  1. Go to your Gmail and label all emails between you and your clients that you need to upload into your SkySlope file
  2. Start cloudHQ Save Emails as PDF wizard and package all emails in the label to one PDF
  3. Download the PDF and upload it into your SkySlope file

Label all emails you need to upload your SkySlope file

  1. Go to your Gmail
  2. Create a label that will have all emails that you need to upload your SkySlope file. If these emails are about real estate transactions regarding a certain property, then create a label with the property address. For example, create a label with the name 3221 Judah Street, San Francisco, CA 94116
  3. Put all emails related to this transaction to the label

Package all emails in the label to one PDF

  1. Login into cloudHQ.net
  2. Go to the dashboard and select the Save Emails as PDF icon
  3. Start wizard for save emails as PDF
  4. Select option Back up or save email messages to PDF
  5. Select label you have created in the previous step and click on Continue
  6. Select convert options. For SkySlope upload we suggest the following options:
    • Merge all messages into one PDF
    • Embed email attachments inside PDF file
    • Remove all quoted text in replies and forwards

  7. Start the export. You will receive an email after the export finishes

Download the PDF and upload it into SkySlope

  1. Login into cloudHQ.net
  2. Go to the dashboard and select the Save Emails as PDF icon
  3. Click on the package to download it
  4. Login into SkySlope
  5. Upload the package to SkySlope
