Here are step-by-step instructions on how to parse all real estate search notification:
- Start the wizard by clicking the icon on the upper-right side of your Gmail as shown below:
- Select the option Collect and parse real estate search notifications to find and parse search notifications from Zillow, Trulia, Redfin and similar services.

When the exporting job is successfully started, the Save and Export Emails dashboard will now open up to show you all of your real estate search notification.
- Click the link in the dashboard, shown in the screenshot above, to open the spreadsheet with real estate listings. Here is an example in Google Sheet:
