NOTE: If you have Sync, Migration and Backup app which has no plugin, you can go directly to the website and go to your Account page to add licenses to your Business plan as shown in Step4 below.
If you have installed cloudHQ extensions, have a cloudHQ account and upgraded to a paid plan, you should be able to add licenses in your Premium account as needed following instructions below.
Dashboard
- You can navigate to your dashboard by clicking the cloudHQ icon that should now appear in the top righthand corner of your Gmail.
- Click Go to Dashboard.
- Then go to My Account (email address) link on the upper right hand corner of page.
- Select the cloudHQ app that you wish to add licenses for and click Add licenses:
- Input number of licenses to add, review the details and click Add licenses:

You’ll also be able to upgrade your cloudHQ application by logging in directly to your
cloudHQ Account.
NOTE: If you want to downgrade your account to a lesser number of licenses and you paid by credit or debit card, please email us: support@cloudHQ.net before your next billing cycle.
If you paid by PayPal, you will need to cancel your subscription and on the next billing cycle that plan is downgraded back to free, you can upgrade to the correct number of licenses needed.
