Introduction
cloudHQ gives discounts to nonprofit, religious and charitable organizations, public schools and students. This note tells you who can request a discount, what to send us, and what happens after that.

How to request a discount
- Write to us. Drop an email to support@cloudhq.net.
- Tell us about your organization. Give us your organization’s name and its website, and say which cloudHQ product you want and how many users you need.
- Send proof of your status. A few examples: an IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter or listing, an IRS exemption certificate, a state certification, or a certificate of incorporation. If you’re a student, proof of enrollment works. If you’re outside the United States, an equivalent official document is fine.
After we confirm your status
Once we verify that you qualify, we let you know your discount and send a discount code. You enter that code at checkout. The steps are in How to apply a promo code to your account.
