To prepare Google Apps ensure that you are a Google Apps super admin and that the Google Apps Administrative API is enabled for your domain. Then authorize cloudHQ to access your Google Apps domain, and create sync pairs.

OneNote API limitations
OneNote notes with InkNote elements (e.g. created with the Inkword tool) are not supported by OneNote’s export API. Unfortunately, cloudHQ won’t be able to replicate contents of these notes until Microsoft updates its API and supports these type of notes.
