IT Admin: How to delete a managed user’s cloud accounts in your team account

Here is how to delete or remove cloud platforms from user’s accounts:

  1. Click the “Users” tab:

  2. To delete the user’s cloud account, click the “Manage user” link:

  3. You can:
    • delete user’s cloudHQ account
    • remove user from your team

      • When you remove a user from your team or delete their account, they will no longer be using any of your cloudHQ licenses.
