You can subscribe to many cloudHQ apps individually. However, if you use more than two or three apps, one of the All cloudHQ Applications bundles can be simpler and more convenient because one subscription gives you access to nearly the entire cloudHQ app catalog.
There are two All cloudHQ Applications bundles:
- All cloudHQ Applications (1 user)
- All cloudHQ Applications (3 users)
The main differences are the number of users covered, whether Backup, Migration & Sync is included, and whether cloudHQ’s email-to-spreadsheet and document-extraction apps are included.

Both plans give you access to a broad range of cloudHQ productivity apps without requiring you to purchase each included app separately.

All cloudHQ Applications (1 user)
The 1-user plan is intended for an individual — for example, a freelancer, consultant, solo business owner, or one person inside a larger organization who wants cloudHQ productivity tools for their own account.
What you get: 89 of the 92 cloudHQ apps, as of , for one Google or Microsoft account.
What is NOT included in the 1-user plan
1. Backup, Migration & Sync — not included
cloudHQ’s account-level backup, migration, and synchronization service is not included in the 1-user plan.
For example, this includes:
- backing up an entire Gmail account,
- migrating Gmail from one account to another,
- migrating Google Drive to OneDrive,
- migrating or synchronizing Dropbox with SharePoint,
- keeping supported cloud accounts continuously synchronized.
If you need to back up a mailbox, migrate an account between providers, or continuously synchronize cloud accounts, you need the 3-user plan.
2. Export Emails to Google Sheets — not included
cloudHQ apps that process mailbox or document data and write structured information into a spreadsheet are not included in the 1-user plan.
This includes:
- Export Emails to Sheets
- Get My Receipts
- Document Parser
These are among cloudHQ’s more processing-intensive applications and are available with the 3-user plan.
If receipts, invoices, document extraction, or exporting emails into a spreadsheet is the main reason you are subscribing, choose the 3-user plan.
3. Additional users — not available
The 1-user plan covers exactly one user. Additional user licenses cannot be added to this plan.
If a second person needs access to the cloudHQ apps, you need to move to the 3-user plan.
All cloudHQ Applications (3 users)
The 3-user plan is cloudHQ’s complete All Applications bundle. It is designed for teams and for customers who need access to the full cloudHQ catalog.
It includes all 92 cloudHQ apps — the full catalog as of — and starts with a minimum of three user licenses.
It also includes the apps and services that are not included with the 1-user plan:
- Backup, Migration & Sync
- Export Emails to Sheets
- Get My Receipts
- Document Parser
Backup, Migration & Sync — included with the 3-user plan
The 3-user plan includes cloudHQ’s account-level cloud backup, migration, and synchronization service.
You can use it to:
- back up supported services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, SharePoint, Egnyte, Evernote, or Salesforce,
- migrate an individual user, team, or entire organization from one supported cloud provider to another,
- continuously synchronize supported cloud accounts.
Backup, Migration & Sync is not included with the 1-user plan.
Export Emails to Google Sheets — included with the 3-user plan
The 3-user plan also includes cloudHQ’s advanced email and document data-extraction apps:
- Export Emails to Sheets can turn a Gmail label, Gmail search, or mailbox into spreadsheet data such as sender, subject, date, email body, attachments, contacts, signatures, and other available information.
- Get My Receipts scans your mailbox for receipts and invoices and organizes detected information into a spreadsheet, including details such as date, merchant, amount, tax, email subject, email text, and a PDF copy of the receipt when available.
- Document Parser extracts structured information from documents attached to emails and writes the extracted information into a spreadsheet.
Three users, and room to grow
The 3-user plan starts with a minimum of three user licenses.
This does not mean “up to 3 users.” The plan cannot be purchased for only one or two users. The starting subscription includes three user licenses.
Each licensed user gets access to the full app catalog included with the plan on their own supported account.
If your team is larger than three users, additional licenses can be added to the same subscription and the same invoice. You do not need to create a separate subscription or separate payment for each additional user.
Which plan should you choose?
Choose the 1-user plan if all of the following are true:
- you are the only person who will use the apps,
- you do not need to back up, migrate, or synchronize an account,
- you do not need Export Emails to Sheets, Get My Receipts, or Document Parser.
Choose the 3-user plan if any one of the following is true:
- two or more people need access to cloudHQ apps,
- you need automated backup, migration, or synchronization of Gmail, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, SharePoint, or another supported service,
- you need Export Emails to Sheets, Get My Receipts, or Document Parser.
A simple way to think about the difference is that the 1-user plan is primarily a productivity subscription for one user, while the 3-user plan includes those productivity tools plus advanced backup, migration, synchronization, and data-extraction capabilities.
Common questions
- Do I have to install everything?
- No. Install only the apps you want. Your subscription gives you access to the applications included in your plan, and you can start using additional included apps at any time.
- I bought the 1-user plan — why can’t I use Get My Receipts?
- Get My Receipts is part of cloudHQ’s email-to-spreadsheet and data-extraction applications, which are included only with the 3-user plan. The same applies to Export Emails to Sheets and Document Parser. Upgrading to the 3-user plan gives you access to all three.
- Is Backup, Migration & Sync included in the 1-user plan?
- No. Backup, Migration & Sync is included with the 3-user plan.
- Can I add a second user to the 1-user plan?
- No. The 1-user plan is licensed for exactly one user and cannot have additional user licenses added to it.
- Does the 3-user plan mean “up to 3 users”?
- No. The 3-user plan starts with a minimum of three user licenses. It cannot be purchased for only one or two users. Additional user licenses can be added if your team is larger.
- Is there a free trial for the bundles?

The bundles themselves do not have a bundle-level free trial. Many individual cloudHQ apps
offer a free plan with a monthly quota, so you can try individual apps before purchasing
an All Applications bundle. - Can I start with the 1-user plan and upgrade later?
- Yes. You can upgrade from the 1-user plan to the 3-user plan. The upgrade is prorated, so applicable credit from your existing subscription is taken into account and you pay the applicable difference.
- Do cloudHQ apps work with Outlook and Google Workspace, not just Gmail?
- Many do. The cloudHQ catalog includes Outlook add-ins, Google Workspace add-ons, Chrome extensions, and integrations with supported cloud-storage services. Compatibility depends on the specific app.
- What happens when cloudHQ releases new apps?
- New eligible cloudHQ apps added to your subscription bundle while your subscription is active are included without requiring a separate purchase.
