Here is a short overview:
- Free Plan allows share of Gmail accounts (e.g. @gmail.com).
- Paid Plan allows share of Google Workspace accounts (e.g. @company.com)
and also allows admin integration.
By default, Premium plan is inclusive of 2 users – Owner and Shared member.
You can add as many licenses as you need for shared members.
