You can install the Share Emails via Secure URL extension by downloading it from the cloudHQ Chrome browser extension and adding the extension to your chrome so that ‘Share Link’ button is available.

Select the email you want to share and click on ‘Share link’ icon, copy the shareable link by pressing “Copy to clipboard” button and paste it in a chat.

Password-protecting shared links ensures only authorized persons can access them, provides extra security, maintains exclusivity and offers peace of mind among other benefits..

Adding an expiration date reduces the window of opportunity for unauthorized access, enhances security, helps in governance and compliance, reduces maintenance and is valuable for temporary collaborations.

When you create a shared link, you will be prompted to enable password protection or to add a time limit.

Go to the Share Emails via Secure URL for Gmail dashboard. Here, you can edit your shared link, set or change passwords, modify expiration dates or delete a shared link.

As long as you maintain a valid cloudHQ account, your links will remain active. However, you can set expiration dates for shared links or delete them altogether.

If you share a link in an email and some images don’t show up, it’s likely because:

1. The images aren’t using a secure connection (https). Switch all http:// to https://.
2. The images either don’t exist anymore or are blocked by a firewall.
