Yes – that is possible. Each user in cloudHQ can have only one mobile phone number. So, to send alerts to multiple phone numbers, you need to add users and then set up alerts to be send to these phone numbers.
- First, add users to your team via the cloudHQ app or email invites. Make sure they register their phone numbers by entering a verification code.
- Then, access the Mobile Text Alert for Gmail Dashboard to manage alert settings and monitor text messages. As an admin, customize text alert rules for team members, ensuring urgent emails are communicated quickly.
- Finally, add an alert rule for that user/phone number. You can specify which Gmail account to monitor.
