NOTE: If you want to upgrade Sync, Migration and Backup app which has no plugin, you can go directly to the website and go to your Account page as shown in Step3 below.
If you have installed cloudHQ extension and have a cloudHQ account, you should be able to upgrade your account to a Premium subscription following instructions below and even add more licenses as needed.
Dashboard
- You can navigate to your dashboard by clicking the cloudHQ icon that should now appear in the top righthand corner of your Gmail.
- Click Go to Dashboard.
- Then go to My Account (email address) link on the upper right hand corner of page.
- Select the cloudHQ app that you wish to upgrade:
- Choose frequency of payment (monthly or yearly), number of licenses and input payment details:

You’ll also be able to upgrade your cloudHQ application by logging in directly to your cloudHQ Account.
