Here are short instructions for how to sync an Office 365 SharePoint site with Egnyte.

NOTE: You must have a cloudHQ business plan to add SharePoint accounts using cloudHQ.

  1. Start the synchronization wizard to sync two cloud accounts.
  2. Click the Office 365 SharePoint icon:

  3. Select an already-configured SharePoint account or click “Add SharePoint” to add a new SharePoint account:

  4. If you click “Add SharePoint,” you will be forwarded to authorize cloudHQ to access your account:

  5. Click “Accept” to authorize cloudHQ to access your account:

  6. Search SharePoint site you want to sync. Please type more than 2 characters of site name to search:

  7. Select the SharePoint folder you want to sync or click “Create Folder” to create a new one, then click “Select”:

  8. Select the Egnyte icon:

  9. Select an already-configured Egnyte account or enter your account name and click “Add Egnyte” to add a new Egnyte account:

  10. If you click “Add Egnyte,” you will be forwarded to authorize cloudHQ to access your account. Enter your username and password to authorize cloudHQ to access your account, then click “Allow”:

  11. Select the Egnyte folder you want to sync or click “Create Folder” to create a new one:

  12. Choose your options. Synchronization will start automatically:
