Here is how you can save email with attachments to OneNote with our chrome extension:

1. Install the cloudHQ Chrome browser extension Save emails to OneNote from this location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-emails-to-onenote/llaolagknljogdmnhclchgkpnlkmggmm/:
   
2. Add this extension to Chrome so you will have the “Save to OneNote” button on your Gmail™ or Google Apps mail:
   
3. Open your email and click the “Save to OneNote” button in your Gmail or Google Apps mail:
   

If you get this notification, it means you will need to authorize OneNote:


• Click “Add OneNote Account”:
  
• This will display for a few seconds, then automatically redirect to OneNote:
  
• Sign into your OneNote account:
  
• Authorize cloudHQ in OneNote:
  

Then go back to your email and click “Save to OneNote” button:

4. Select the OneNote folder to save your Gmail or Google Apps email:
   
5. You can also select a specific notebook in OneNote:
   
6. Click “Save” once you have chosen the location in OneNote where you want to save:
   
7. You will get a message that Gmail or your Google Apps email is being saved to OneNote:
   
8. Your email and attachments are now in OneNote. Click “here” if you want to view saved email and attachments in OneNote:
