How to use this HubSpot extension
After installing the browser extension, you’ll see additional buttons in Hubspot’s administrative interface, particularly within the Marketing Emails design section. As you hover over your email templates, an “Open in Gmail” button will appear next to the “Edit” and “Clone” options, as shown in the attached screenshot.
To use HubSpot template, simply click on the “Open in Gmail” button. Gmail will launch with the chosen template loaded in the compose window. From there, you can input the subject, add recipients, and make any desired edits before sending your email.
In Gmail, the “Gmail Templates” icon can be located in two areas:

In the top-right corner of the Gmail interface, adjacent to the “Search email” input field, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

When composing a new email or replying to a message, the icon is present in the lower toolbar of the message window, as depicted in the accompanying screenshot
When you click on the “Gmail Templates” button, a modal window will appear. This window allows you to select from various templates to embed in your email. It features the following tabs: “Free Templates“, “Team Templates“, “MailChimp“, “HubSpot“, and “GmailDrafts“. For instance, by selecting the “HubSpot” tab, you’ll see MailChimp templates displayed in the lower portion of the window, from which you can choose your desired HubSpot template.
