Gmail Auto Follow Up service allows you to create your own auto follow up campaigns.
Here is how to do that:

  1. Create a Google spreadsheet or CSV with your recipients. An example spreadsheet can be found here.
  2. After you get the list of all your recipients, go to the Gmail Auto Follow Up dashboard. In your Gmail, just on click on Auto Follow Up button.
  3. Click on the New Auto Follow Up Campaign button:
  4. You will see the Gmail Auto Follow Up setup page:
  5. Give your campaign a name:
  6. There are three options to create list of email recipients:
    • Import a list from CSV or Excel
    • Choose from a Google Contacts group
    • Manually enter a list of emails

  7. Compose your message sequences. You can click on Use Template to chose one of our pre-designed templates.

  8. Select Preview tab to verify and preview your email:
    • Mobile preview
    • Desktop preview
    • Sent test email

  9. Start the campaign:
