Here is how to attach and append emails using Save emails to PDF:

  1. Install cloudHQ Chrome browser extension Save emails to PDF from the following location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-emails-to-pdf/dngbhajancmfmdnmhhdknhooljkddgnk

  2. Add this extension to Chrome so you have the ‘Save Emails to PDF’ button in your Gmail or Google Apps mail:

  3. Authorize cloudHQ to read (access) and write (convert) your Gmail or Google Apps mail:

  4. Choose emails that you want to attach or append by clicking on the tick box on the left side of Gmail:

  5. Select if you want to attach or append by clicking on the Save emails to PDF icon:

  6. If you have already composed email, you can also attach or append by clicking on the ‘attach’ icon:
