Sometimes the rules you have created might need to be adjusted.
So here is the procedure on how to adjust your rules:
- Open your spreadsheets.
- Click on the MessageID column for the row which is not correctly exported.
- Then, click on the Edit Parsing Rules button:
- Then, you should be able to edit the rules and update them.
