Email parsing: How to adjust your parsing rules directly from spreadsheet

Sometimes the rules you have created might need to be adjusted.

So here is the procedure on how to adjust your rules:

  • Open your spreadsheets.
  • Click on the MessageID column for the row which is not correctly exported.
  • Then, click on the Edit Parsing Rules button:

  • Then, you should be able to edit the rules and update them.
