Introduction

This support note provides a detailed guide on various setup options available for filtering which emails will be processed. Below are the setups you can configure to optimize your email processing.

Skip Replies

Enabling this option will skip email messages that are replies (subjects starting with ‘RE: ‘). This is particularly useful if your label includes both replies and new messages, but you only want to process incoming emails, such as leads.

Skip All Emails Sent By Me

Enabling this option will exclude all emails sent by you from processing. This is especially helpful if your label contains both sent and received messages, and you only want to extract data from incoming emails, such as resumes, leads, or invoices.

Parse Only Emails Containing Specific Keywords

Enabling this option allows us to parse only emails containing specific keywords. For instance, if you want to process only invoice-related emails but your label includes other types of emails, you can filter them by using the keywords ‘invoice, inv, bill’.

Skip Emails That Contain Specific Keywords

Enabling this option allows us to parse only emails containing specific keywords. For instance, if you want to process only invoice-related emails but your label includes other types of emails, you can filter them by using the keywords ‘invoice, inv, bill’.
