Export Emails to Google Sheets: Supported formats

Export Emails to Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets will also save emails into Google Sheets. Then you can easily download your spreadsheet into the following formats:

  1. MS Excel
  2. CSV
  3. OpenOffice Document format

You can export a spreadsheet in several different file formats, including MS Excel, CSV, OpenOffice, PDF, Text, HTML, and CSV. To export a spreadsheet, select File > Download as and select a file type. Then select Save:
