What is a user in Business Plan?
A user is identified by a unique email address (such as name@yourcompany.com) associated with a cloud account that is synchronized, protected by backup, or transferred. This definition applies regardless of the number of cloud applications (like Dropbox, Salesforce, etc.) the person uses; they are considered a single user. In the case of Google Team Drives, Dropbox Team Folder, and Box Team Folder, each active user in that team folder/drive is considered as one user. With Egnyte, an active Power User corresponds to one cloudHQ user. More details can be found in support note What is a user in a Business Plan?.

How can reset my cloudHQ password?
If you signed up for cloudHQ using Google OpenID Connect (@gmail.com or Google Workspace) or Microsoft OpenID Connectprotocol, then we don’t store your password, so you can’t reset it through us. OpenID Connect functions as a secure and simple authentication protocol that skips traditional password management by leveraging the established security systems of providers like Google or Microsoft. By integrating with these providers, cloudHQ simplifies the user login process and buttresses security, allowing users to access their accounts using existing Google or Microsoft credentials without having to remember additional passwords.
However, if you used a standard username and password to create your account, you can find instructions on how to reset it by visiting How to reset your cloudHQ password.
