   and request that your cloudHQ account be converted from Google Sign-In authentication to username/password authentication.
3. Once the conversion is completed, create a password for your cloudHQ account.
4. Share your cloudHQ username, typically your email address, and newly created password with your delegated user through a secure channel.

What Should the Delegated User Do?

After receiving the credentials, the delegated user should:

1. Sign in to their own Gmail account.
2. Switch to the delegated mailbox they manage.
3. Open https://www.cloudhq.net
   and sign in using the cloudHQ username and password provided by the account owner.
4. Refresh Gmail if necessary.

The delegated user will then be able to use cloudHQ features while working within the delegated Gmail account.
