Gmail’s Spam folder (label) might be hidden from your view. To view it and enable follow the following steps:
- In your browser, sign in to your Google/Gmail account.
- Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner and click on the See all settings button:
- Click the Labels tab, and under the System labels find Spam and click “show”:
- Refresh your browser, and the Spam folder should be showing up at the left of your Gmail screen.
