If you don’t have a ChatGPT account yet, sign up here: https://chat.openai.com/chat.

If your prompts are long and complicated, you can save them in external storage such as Google Docs.

Follow these steps to do that:

  1. Create a Google Docs document with your prompt. Check out this sample document: Example reply to email prompt for support note
  2. Set the document to be publicly available (share it as read-only to the public).
  3. In your prompt, include the link to your Google Document by using the following format: {{import:<link>}}, where <link> is the URL of your Google Document. For instance, using the sample document from step 1, your prompt would be
