When you merge all email messages into one PDF, you have two options on how to sort email messages:

  1. Oldest to newest
    This means that the oldest message will be at the beginning of the PDF file. This option is very useful when generating PDF documents with communication history (for courts or lawyers): the document can be read as communication develops.
  2. Newest to oldest
    This means that the newest message will be at the beginning of the PDF document.
NOTE: This option is available only if you are merging all your messages into one PDF.
