When you save email conversations or messages to PDF you can specify the following options:

  1. Add page numbers
When this option is enabled, then the PDF files will have a page number at the bottom of each page.
  2. Embed email attachments inside PDF file
When this option is enabled, then we will try to embed attachments into PDF. The following attachments can be embedded into PDF:
    – MS Office Word
    – MS Office Excel
    – PDF
    – Image
    – Txt or HTML attachment

For example, if you have an email message which has one PDF attachment, then we will create a PDF document which contains: 1) email body and 2) PDF attachment
  3. Add attachments to ZIP file next to generated PDF file
When this option is enabled, then attachments will be always added to ZIP file. For example, if an email message has a photo attachment, then that photo will be added as a separate file (even if the attachment is also embedded inside the PDF with message body).
  4. Remove all quoted text in replies and forwards
When this option is enabled, all quoted text will be stripped from replies and forwards. For example, the email message like this:

    Hi,
    How are you?
    Cheers,
    Bob

will be trimmed and it will look like this:

    Hi,
    How are you?
    Cheers,
    Bob

  5. Encrypt your PDFs with password
When this option is enabled, the generated PDF will encrypted with the password.
