When you convert email messages to PDF you can specify the following options:
- Add page numbers
When this option is enabled, then the PDF files will have a page number at the bottom of each page. - Embed email attachments inside PDF file
When this option is enabled, then we will try to embed attachments into PDF. The following attachments can be embedded into PDF:
– MS Office Word
– MS Office Excel
– PDF
– Image
– Txt or HTML attachment
For example, if you have an email message which has one PDF attachment, then we will create a PDF document that contains: 1) email body and 2) PDF attachment - Add attachments to ZIP file next to generated PDF file
When this option is enabled, then attachments will be always added to ZIP file. For example, if an email message has a photo attachment, then that photo will be added as a separate file (even if the attachment is also embedded inside the PDF with the message body). - Compact format
When this option is enabled the PDF will be created but all necessary information will be removed:- All quoted text will be stripped from replies and forwards.
- All signatures will be removed
- Page breaks between emails will be removed
- All other redundant information like multiple newlines, empty tables, etc. will be removed
- Conversation view
Group emails of the same topic together.-
On: When this option is enabled then emails of the same topic will be grouped together:
- Sorting will sort conversation and not individual messages.
- You cannot select the option Each message in a separate PDF.

Off: When this option is disabled then emails of the same topic will NOT be grouped together:
- Sorting will sort individual messages.
- You can select the option Each message in a separate PDF.

On: When this option is enabled then emails of the same topic will be grouped together:
- Encrypt your PDFs with password
When this option is enabled, the generated PDF will be encrypted with the password.
