- Owner: The main Gmail user who wants to delegate some email tasks.
- Delegate: The person given permission to manage the Owner’s Gmail.
- The owner of the Google Workspace email account (owner@company.com) needs to install the cloudHQ Chrome extension (i.e., “Save Emails as PDF”) and create their cloudHQ account.
- The owner needs to email support@cloudhq.net and we will convert the owner’s cloudHQ authentication method to be username and password.
- The owner needs to send the cloudHQ username and password to delegated accounts (via a secure channel)
- Delegated accounts need to install the cloudHQ Chrome extension (i.e., “Save Emails as PDF”). When a delegated account switches to the owner account (owner@company.com) in Gmail, they will need to log into cloudHQ using a password from step 3

cloudHQ Chrome extensions work with delegated Google Workspace accounts.
In Gmail, delegated account access lets a main account user (Owner) give another user (Delegate) the rights to read, send, and handle emails without sharing full account access or the password.

Setup Procedure
To use cloudHQ with delegated Google Workspace accounts, the cloudHQ account of the owner (primary account) needs to be converted to password-based authentication. Then the cloudHQ username & password need to be shared with delegated users.
