You can protect your PDF file with a password to safeguard sensitive information included in the PDF file. Set default security settings for PDF password protection:
- No password: PDFs will not be encrypted.
- Always prompt me to enter password: we will prompt you to enter password each time you try to save to PDF.
- Always use default password: you can specify a default password and all PDF will be automatically encrypted with that password,
NOTE: If a PDF documents secured by a password cannot opened and viewed without a valid password.
