Here is how to save a single email to Box using our Chrome extension:

    1. Install the cloudHQ Chrome browser extension Save emails to Box from this location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-emails-to-box/jojifmjdmoljdhlokmmpigjebakhmbnl/:chrome extension
    2. Add this extension to Chrome so you have the “Save to Box” button in your Gmail or Google Apps mail:chrome extension
    3. Open your email and click the “Save to Box” button on your Gmail or Google Apps mail:chrome extension

If you get this notification, it means you will need to authorize Box:

      • Click “Add Box Account”:
        authorize
      • This will display for a few seconds and automatically redirect to Box:
        authorize
      • Sign into your Box account:
        authorize
      • Authorize cloudHQ in Box:
        authorize

Then go back to your email and click the “Save to Box” button.

    1. Select the Box folder where you want to save your Gmail™ or Google Apps email:

    1. Click “Save” once you have chosen a location in Box:

    1. You will get a message that your Gmail or Google Apps email is being saved to Box:chrome extension

 

    1. Your email is saved now in Box. Click “here” if you want to check in Box:
