- Go to your Salesforce setup.
- Click “Connected Apps Oauth Usage”.
- Click “Block” and then click “Unblock” next to cloudHQ:
- Then go to https://www.cloudHQ.net/services. You should see that Salesforce is un-authorized (click on Refresh if needed). Click the “Authorize” link next to your Salesforce:
- Go to https://www.cloudHQ.net/synch and verify your sync pairs. If needed, start the sync.
