  1. Zip file: Export each email into a separate PDF and then package all emails into zip file
  2. One PDF file: Merge multiple emails into a single PDF
  3. MS Excel: Export each email into a separate PDF and then create an MS Excel file with Subject, Time, Sender and download link
  4. CSV file: Export each email into a separate PDF and then create a CSV file with Subject, Time, Sender and download link
  5. Text file: Export each email into a separate PDF and then create a text file which is searchable and indexable with download link
  6. HTML file: Export each email into a separate PDF and then create an HTML file with download link

Here is how you to save multiple download Gmail emails as PDF:

  1. Install cloudHQ Chrome browser extension Save emails to PDF from the following location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-emails-to-pdf/dngbhajancmfmdnmhhdknhooljkddgnk

  2. Add this extension to Chrome so you have the ‘Download email’ button in your Gmail or Google Apps mail:

  3. Authorize cloudHQ to read (access) and write (convert) your Gmail or Google Apps mail:

  4. Choose emails by clicking on the tick box on the left side of Gmail

  5. Click the ‘Download email’ icon:

  6. Choose the type of download you want for emails:

  7. Choose if you want to save emails as separate PDFs:

  8. Or if you want to merge all emails into a single PDF:
