Log in to cloudHQ
Ensure that you are logged into your cloudHQ account.
To login into cloudHQ via website navigate to this url: https://www.cloudhq.net/login
To login into cloudHQ from Gmail click on the cloudHQ icon in the upper right corner of your Gmail and then click on the Go to Dashboard link:
Navigate to My Account
To click on My Account locate the link in the top-right corner of the screen next to your email address, and click on it to navigate to your account dashboard.
Select Application
Scroll down until you see the Application section. Ensure that the name of application you want to add license is selected in the dropdown menu.
Add Licenses
Look to the right of the Application dropdown menu, and click the Add licenses button.
Number of licenses
The new window is opened to add a number of licenses. Locate the Add License section. Enter the number of additional licenses you want to add into this box.
Distribute licenses (invite users)
To distribute licenses, please check this instructions on how to distribute licenses.
If you paid by PayPal, you will need to cancel your subscription and on the next billing cycle that plan is downgraded back to free, you can upgrade to the correct number of licenses needed.
