NOTE: If you do not have an active subscription, and you paid by card, please email us the last 4 digits of card and first & last name on card used at support@cloudHQ.net. If you paid by PayPal, you should find your invoices there for your inactive account.
Here is a step by step procedure on how to access your cloudHQ account and your invoices for active cloudHQ accounts:
- Login into cloudHQ website
- Click on My Account in upper righthand corner:
- In this example Save Emails to Google Drive is free and say for example that you paid for Sync and Backup so click the dropdown menu:
- Once you have selected the Application product you paid for, you should see link of invoice that you want to print or view:
