NOTE: If you do not have an active subscription, and you paid by card, please email us the last 4 digits of card and first & last name on card used at support@cloudHQ.net.

Here is a step by step procedure on how to access your cloudHQ account and your invoices for active cloudHQ accounts:
Dashboard
- You can navigate the cloudHQ website or if you have the plugin installed, to your dashboard by clicking the cloudHQ icon that should now appear in the top righthand corner of your Gmail.
- Click Go to Dashboard.
- Then go to My Account (email address) link on the upper right hand corner of page.
- Select the cloudHQ app that you want to get an invoice for. In this example Save Emails to Google Drive is free and say for example that you paid for Sync and Backup so click the dropdown menu:
- Once you have selected the Application product you paid for, you should see link of invoice that you want to print or view:
- Repeat steps 4 to 5 if you have other applications that you paid for, in order to get all invoices for your purchased apps.

You’ll also be able to get your invoice for your cloudHQ application by logging in directly to your cloudHQ Account.
