3. The interface provides two distinct pathways for creating a new HTML file. You have the option to select HTML editor for developers or HTML builder for designers.
   • HTML Editor for developers – it is an advanced HTML code editor with WYSIWYG functionality.
   • HTML Builder for designers – it is visual no-code HTML builder for responsive email templates and simple web sites.

   Select type of the editor and click a button labeled “Create New HTML”.
