cloudHQ offers an easy way to share your folders, projects, notebooks, tags, labels, and mailboxes with others—even if they use different cloud services.
cloudHQ sharing is ideal for groups of people who work on the same projects together, but who use different cloud services.
When you create a shared folder and add other people to it, the files will appear in their preferred cloud service—just as they appear in yours. You can share your Google Gmail label and the receiver of the share can have all emails from that Gmail label in their Dropbox account.
Or you can share your Evernote notebook and the receiver of share can have all the notes show up in their SharePoint folder.
For example, if your team is collaborating on a Basecamp project, but your organization is using Box, you can share your Basecamp project (or just a portion of the project) with others in your organization. Just select your Basecamp project and invite them to your share. They will receive the invitation and will be able to accept this share in their Box. That will give them access to the entire Basecamp project in their Box folder.
As the owner of the folder, you can share your folders in such a way that members can or cannot add, delete, or edit files. You can even invite people who don’t have a cloudHQ account. Once the invitation is accepted, the receiver can sync the shared folder with any cloud service they use.
