Here is how to use Gmail Screenshots:

1. Install the cloudHQ Chrome browser extension Gmail Screenshot from this location: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/gmail-screenshot/boepdnhlmfleonjnaoaemgcggppoikog :
   
2. Add the extension to Chrome:
   
3. Once installed in Gmail you will notice ‘Gmail Screenshot’ icon in the ‘Compose Email’ toolbar:
   
4. Click ‘Gmail Screenshot’ icon in the ‘Compose Email’ toolbar to see share window and capture your image. You can choose entire screen, window or Chrome tab:
   
5. You can highlight with box, add notes or blur some parts of your image. Click “Done” in the Gmail Screenshot page to capture image:
   
   
6. The screenshot would be captured in your email. Click “Send” button in the Gmail to send email:
