How to save and share your Gmail screencasts and videos

Overview

All saved videos are available in the cloudHQ dashboard named Gmail Screencasts and Videos. To access it, go to the Gmail Screencasts and Videos dashboard using the following link: https://www.cloudhq.net/main_gmail_video?product_what=gmail_screencast. At the bottom of the page, there are two buttons with Save to Options and Share Options.

Save to Options

  • Save to Google Drive: Save your video directly to your Google Drive account.
  • Save to Dropbox: Save your video to your Dropbox account.
  • Save to OneDrive: Save your video to your Microsoft OneDrive account.
  • Save to Box: Save your video to your Box account.
  • Save to YouTube: Upload your video directly to your YouTube account.

Share Options

  • Embed: Get HTML code to embed the video on a website or blog.
  • Share on Twitter: Share the video link on Twitter.
  • Share on LinkedIn: Share the video link on LinkedIn.
  • Share on Facebook: Share the video link on Facebook.
  • Share on Pinterest: Share the video link on Pinterest.
  • Share on Reddit: Share the video link on Reddit.
  • Email: Send the video link via email.
